SWC Training employ industry professionals, who conduct the Training and Assessments. Our Trainer / Assessors hold Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40110 or TAE40116 versions) and have extensive and current industry experience.
SWC ensures that our Trainer / Assessors are aware of the culture and standards of our clients and that the training of staff is consistent with company work practices.
